We had a wonderful time and the staff could not have been more gracious and helpful. The approximate $20 full-service breakfast was delicious, but you asked about FREE BREAKFAST and there was no such thing. Still, we enjoyed eating cook-to-order breakfast both mornings because it was so good the first morning. Also, I hesitated to eat dinner there because I didn't think dinners would be great - BUT THEY WERE GREAT! Pasta Primavera and Steak were our choices, and there were five of us (family came and joined us). Service by Michele was delightful. All in all, this was a great experience and I will stay here again. Erica - thanks!! Jani too. And the person who closed out my account but I don't know her name. GOD BLESS YOU ALL and HAPPY THANKSGIVING

Amazing Staff and a Wonderful Stay at Hilton Garden Inn, Calabasas! I had an exceptional experience at the Hilton Garden Inn in Calabasas. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and had everything needed for a relaxing visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great service and a comfortable stay!

No hot water until following almost time check out the following morning. When I called a gentleman said there was an issue with the water boiler and that I will be notified once it was repaired. I checked a few times during the night then in the morning. I had to take a shower with cold water. Nobody called.
