They said they had EV charger and because of that I didn't charge my car before arriving to the hotel. It took them 48 hours to charge my car and I took Uber for 2 days. They charged 65$ for each night of parking and didn't reimburse me even for a fraction of that. They shouldn't mention they have EV charger if it takes days for them to charge a car.

I have been a guest at this hotel on and off for the past 30 years. This hotel use to provide great service. Unfortunately, the hotel management forget about customer service and it has gone down hill. For example, if you are in your room and want to call anyone - you have to go through a 3rd party who then tells you that you will be called back. Or, just checking in... the hotel has one person and no staff to help .... so you are waiting 15 to 25 minutes just to check in. The building - the hotel is still a great place - but if you want service - good luck.
