The front desk professionals were very helpful and efficient. Lisa in particular but also the young man. Exceptional. The breakfast variety & the employees were also very good. Parking was easy. Bed comfortable. Room prefect temperature. Microwave sbc refrigerator snd tv worked well. Rain prevented using hot tub of pool—both outdoors. Target a few blocks away—with a Starbucks. Whole Foods across the street. Hotel on Route 66, Colorado Blvd. Nice for Rose Bowl. Just far enough away from the insanity but on the parade route. Thank you.

Alexa at desk was terrible...not accommodating at all. Sorry we cannot do that was her response when we needed help. $900 for 1 night and she wouldn't even let me use a bathroom when it was very necessary. We will never stay at a Best Western again.

Upon checking in the first room door would not unlock. We tried new keys and still wouldn’t work. Desk clerk tried the door and it still wouldn’t work. Issued new keys for a different room and we got in. Room was clean and organized upon entry. Second evening we noticed crickets on the sink. Beds were a little too firm for us. The simple breakfast was satisfying but they should have everything prepared upon opening the door. Otherwise the stay was good and the location was convenient.

Clean, quiet, nice room, good breakfast. Only complaint is the parking spots are tiny. I rented a midsize car and had a hard time fitting into a spot.
