Air con was broken and so was the controls on the wall. I had to use the tv remote control to reach the on off button. Bed was like a brick and my back is in pain today. My daughter didn’t sleep very well either. The room was fine and clean

Recommend for short stays

Hotel is very clean and smart , very well kept . Staff are friendly !! I felt very safe as a lone female traveller . Only things to note are that the bed is super firm and hard , so depends on your preference ! And it’s quite loud when people are walking around the hotel so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. But they’re only minor things and I would deffo stay again !! The room I was in was very small but I didn’t mind it as felt cozy , for the price it’s great !

The rooms were pretty tight, but everything was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I will say is that the door stop was in the middle of the floor and we kept stubbing our toes on it! Otherwise great.

The room was tiny but totally fine for my purposes - I was just in London for two nights on a brief solo business trip visiting universities in the area. It was a fine place to sleep deeply and have a nice hot shower and I did buy the breakfast the first morning to power me up for my long day. A perfectly suitable little hotel after my long transatlantic flight!

First of all, the "bathroom" is not really a room as it is only separated by an ill-fitted glass sliding panel. There is simply no real privacy when you use the toilet. Second, our room wasnt cleaned for the first 5 days (it seemed there was only 1 cleaner and 3 managers telling her what to do). Third, we had a fire alarm in the middle of the night with no staff present. One guest said he spoke to staff and it was false alarm, but as it kept going, we went downstairs with most other guests only to find a single employee on the phone, but not sharing any information.

It was our anniversary and the team has provided a cute welcome set up in the bed. This cute gesture makes our stay super memorable. 💕 the cleanliness of the room was amazing. They really did a great job. Would definitely come back.
