Cute on the inside. Terrible customer service.
The inside is cute but not in the best location and they solved none of the issues we raised; some of which were safety issues.
The key app didn’t work as a breaker was switched off resulting in the electrical plugs to not work. I had to call and get the code to a key box. The code was something that could have easily been found out without much effort. It was far too hot in the accommodations with no fans available to cool it down resulting in us having to open the windows all the way to cool it down. This resulted in us having to listen to people screaming outside, sirens (countless sirens), loud engines and music from cars and motorcycles. On top of that one of the showers didn’t work. With four women we were expecting two working showers but had to deal with one.
All of these issues were raised but I was told there was no one on the ground to handle those issues until the next day. The next day rolls around and they still hadn’t been fixed, or the next day even after giving them permission to come into the space while we weren’t there. I am still awaiting compensation five days later.
