Overall impression of our stay
The customer relations person was very helpful and also available past midnight when we had difficulty in accessing the apartment at check in and that is appreciated.
Many things in the apartment needed correction, repair or providing
Good however that Roomspace handled the issues well and with reasonable speed but even a day or two delay in a four day stay doesn’t help. Better housekeeping review before check in is a must

Fantastic location - safe, quiet, good shopping and dining outlets nearby, outstanding access to trains, buses and cabs, walkable to a variety of entertainment facilities such as cinemas, local multi-cultural activities from highly cosmopolitan local residents and international visitors, grocery shopping, quaint pubs and pastry shops all within walkable distance. We had a great experience and highly recommend these apartments.
