We had the best stay at Residence Inn. We had to leave our airbnb and thought we had booked a one bedroom for ourselves and our 20 year old son. When it turned out I had only booked a studio, Sarah at the front desk, went above and beyond to find us a one bedroom so that we three adults didn't have to spend the week sleeping in the same room. The breakfast was great, the space was spotless, free laundry!, a great gym, and an excellent location for jumping on the Piccadilly line. I cannot recommend enough.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel as it’s a great base when exhibiting at Olympia. Having a little kitchen and Tesco next door is super handy. The team at the hotel are super friendly. I’d advise getting a room in a lower floor so you don’t have to use the lifts as there are only two and they are tiny, so getting up and down is a bit annoying. We were on the first floor this time though and it was perfect. It was the reception supervisor who checked us in and ensured we were on a low floor, I think his name was Antonio or something, and was very helpful. One thing that could do with a little improvement are the gluten free breakfast options. It’s great that they are separate and behind the bar, But maybe a wee muffin or something would be a nice addition. I did feel a little sad that the breakfast for everyone else had a huge selection and I just had dry bread / toast.

Clean room, staff are very helpful the hotel is close to High Kensington, 8 minutes from Earl's Court underground station and Tesco supermarket is only 2 minutes away.
