The room was in poor condition with air conditioning not working. Decoratively very poor with furniture wood laminate missing in numerous places. Carpet was very unclean, mattress poor quality and the small fridge in the room was disgusting filthy. Also sockets were pulling from walls revealing wires. Very poor maintenance of this hotel.

Rooms were very basic. Bathroom was not clean, had no toilet paper. Gentleman at reception Reece (not sure how to spell his name) was extremely welcoming and made me feel listened too when addressing my concerns. Breakfast very basic English not much of a choice to select from. Not much of a vegan choice had to request this, which I didn't know. Chef said it takes 15mins to prepare 2 vegan sausage, so I left it. Positive: parking space adequate. Negative: you have to pay for parking permit day. Positive it's close to the M1 easy to get on route to destination. Negative: no sockets or usb plugs near bed side. Sockets were on opposite side of room, so you would need an extension lead to charge and use phone close to you in bed. Positive: comfortable bed. Negative: can't open bedroom windows for fresh air. More ideal for solo traveller or for an emergency quick stop to rest, from your long journey.
