Booked a twin room for my brother and I to stay in after a concert. Upon check in was told that the hotel doesnt have twin rooms in the room type we booked despite it being advertised with a twin room option. Found the staff very blunt. A few marks on towels and bedding when arriving in room.

The reception staff were really helpful and there was a complimentary shuttle back to Canary Wharf in the morning which was great. The room and bathroom was lovely and the location is perfect for the o2. Would have been nice to have more water in the room and some biscuits to go with the coffee!
