The room was okay. There were three of us in the room, so we had a camping bed placed in the room - it was very uncomfortable. There was no three bath robes/slippers (only 2). There was no conditioner in the shower/bath (the container was empty). We had very loud neighbouring rooms until 3am. Probably won’t return - not very happy considering the amount that I paid for the room.

Service was awful room was falling apart and used towels in the room I went downstairs to report it to the man at the desk but he was not helpful at all and told me that the room he gave me is the room I need to stay in which is awful pictured online need to be updated as this building is not what it shows on the site

We had a lovely stay. Check in was a bit difficult at first but Roman kindly upgraded us to the penthouse suite which was a beautiful room. Staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast on the terrace was really enjoyable with lots of good options and food seemed fresh and plentiful. Would stay again for sure!

Booked a twin room for my brother and I to stay in after a concert. Upon check in was told that the hotel doesnt have twin rooms in the room type we booked despite it being advertised with a twin room option. Found the staff very blunt. A few marks on towels and bedding when arriving in room.
