Stylish apartment in Shoreditch - Pass the Keys

A fabulous, exceptionally light, and stylish split-level flat located in a great spot. You will stay right in the heart of Shoreditch and its diverse and eccentric vibe. Independent cafés, shops, bars, and restaurants are at your doorstep. The apartment is on the fifth floor (with lift!) in a quiet street just 5 minutes walk from Old Street station. Excellent transport links take you all over London if needed.
The space
The apartment boasts a naturally bright open-plan kitchen fully equipped with pots and pans, crockery and champagne flutes for those of you looking to cook and spend a chilled night in.
The spacious living area with sofa and freeview TV is perfect to relax in after a long day outside exploring this wonderful city.
In the bedroom you will have a super comfy king size bed, chest of drawers and clothes hangers, and bedside table.
Last but not least, bathroom with bathtub and shower.
Additional amenities include electric fan in the bedroom and washer/dryer - a lifesaver for longer trips!

* Be aware that parties are not tolerated and we have CCTV cameras recording 24/7 the entrance of the property. £250 will be charged if breaking the house rules.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire flat, apart from the second bedroom that will be locked with my belongings.

There is no carbon monoxide alarm because there is no gas supply. Heating is communal throughout the building and provided centrally.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
