Convenient location to airport. Dining and a bar is also good. I have stayed here a few times and always find the staff both friendly and helpful. My only constructive feedback is we booked a small room but never realised how small it would be. The design meant the tv was at an angle that we couldnt see and there was no room for 4 suitcases so we needed to upgrade. Maybe a bit more info on how small the room is. Not sure the room needs so much furniture!

A slight fail on breakfast catering

Stay was good. Breakfast time was a bit chaotic with staff overwhelmed with number of hotel breakfast diners. Catering should have known and expected numbers of breakfast diners so that the breakfast food was ready. We had to wait close to 10 minutes and more for some of the breakfast food as well as lining up to get hot beverages. That was the only downside

Stayed here a couple of times and never had any complaints. Always an enjoyable stay. Staff on reception were friendly on arrival and explained the new parking process. The room was clean and spacious. If you are able shops are within walking distance and there is a retail park across the road or just minutes down the road in a car.

I stay here regularly and can never fault the welcome, the service or the breakfast. The hotel is in the process of refurbishment, and `I was unfortunate to have been allocated one of the older internal rooms on this stay, but having previously stayed in the newly refurbished rooms I can say that the new ones are better! For drivers of BEV cars, the hotel is adjacent to a popular Tesla Supercharger site, and the hotel carpark also has a small selection of destination chargers too - but these are very popular and access cannot be guaranteed.

2 day Valentine Stay in Croydon

The hotel was well situated for our 2 day Valentines visit. The parking and breakfast was £10 per day. There is a bus stop outside the hotel. We also opted for the evening meal deal which was good value and included 2 courses and a drink. The double room included a bath / shower. All the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We would stay at the venue again based on the good value.

I was in the area to attend a family event, I choose this hotel as it had EV charging, there isn't a lot of chargers but they do have them so was ideal, staff were very polite and friendly, room was clean, no complaints at all from my stay
