Good stay, room was clean and Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Can't give it 5 out 5 as breakfast needed to be hotter and when it is busy more that 10 crossaints at a time should be available to guests.

Check in staff friendly. Room warm and comfortable. Soundproofing was good. Only negative which is minor is how loud doors are when closing automatically as some guests didn’t appreciate it was late at night…. But I would definitely stay here again. Lovely central hotel.

The key card had to be reset three times during my two-day stay. The cleaning staff seemed frustrated when I asked them to help me access my room because the card kept deactivating. The car park system is also quite complicated.

The bathroom was dirty, with a number of black hairs and dirt on the floor. It didn't look like it had been recently cleaned. The rest of the room was ok and other parts of the hotel were clean.
