Clean, great location, safe nearby, staff was welcoming and helpful. Room service was great, breakfast was first class. I was pleasantly surprised. The building is old but they did s good job at keeping it.

The room was quite small but very clean with an excellent bathroom. The hotel has an excellent location for exploring London on foot of via transit. The staff were unfailingly polite and helpful. I likely will stay in this hotel again in the future.

The staff was always very helpful both the day and night staff - George and Elijah I believe. My room was clean and I appreciated the amenities. I thought the breakfast was excellent - ordered an English breakfast. The location was close to the Marble Arch to sight see a few places; and close to the train station and bus station. I would stay again and will tell others about it.
