This chic studio comes with an open floor plan. The living space features a large, smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, a work desk (no computer or accessories) and a dining table. The area includes a sleeping area delightfully furnished with a heavenly King-sized bed, complimentary hotel-quality linens, and a large closet to store your belongings.

The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious meals, such as an electric stove, an oven and a toaster.

The bathroom has all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your health and safety.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Shoreditch's excellent bars, restaurants, hipster pubs, galleries, and shops are nearby!

Easy access to Liverpool St and the City. It's a 10-minute walk to Brick Lane, with its Broadway Market, restaurants, and selection of vintage shops!

Old Street and Shoreditch High Street stations are a 5-minute from the flat.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

We also charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, replacing the locks may incur an additional cost. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
