They were under renovations at the time, so didn’t expect it to be perfect, but we did not expect black mold in the hallways or drywall dust and chunks of the wall all over the hallway. The room was…. Alright. Sheets and towels were clean, as well as the bathroom, but the headboard had handprints and unidentified splashes of who know what. The couch was worn and disgustingly stained, with food all over it and under the cushions. Grounds were not taken care of, room numbers were written on the patio doors in dust and cigarette butts everywhere. Will not be staying again unless it is drastically different after renovations. I hope it is as it was when I visited a few years ago it was wonderful.

Upon my arrival the man at the front desk was fantastic. Listened and got me a room that was perfect for my needs. Property is under renovations that seem to be taking a long time. Maybe time to hire the proper people to renovate the place because it seems the current company is not good at all. Kudos to the front desk guy that checked me in.

Standard service lacking

Generally the service was good though the agent I checked in with was more business like than friendly. The agent in the morning was much friendlier and helpful. I had issues with the internet, the heating and the towel service that all required the assistance of an attendant. The hotel seemed to be in a remodelling stage as the corridors were not clean and had garbage in certain places along the corridors.

It’s a decent place for the price and pet friendly amenities I can’t complain, the basement needs so upgrades and such but other than that the staff are pleasant and the place is overall a good bang for your buck

Where do I begin?? Firstly the man at the check-in desk, complaining about the cleaning staff being unionized and useless ? The absolutely filthy hotel premises? The swamp that I had to walk through down the hallway to my room? The dirt and stains over the floors and the wall, ceiling? The holy curtains.? The layer of dust on the headboard? The cobwebs hanging on the curtains? The balcony doors have never seen Windex! I could go on, but I think you get the picture. People should be paid to stay there. Not the other way around. And I’m sure nobody from head office will contact or offer a refund for such a horrible experience! Will never go back there! Or use days inn at any other location

I arrived to the hotel to check in and was unable to use my form of payment so a friend had to rent a room instead. When we arrived to the room we left right away. The hotel outside and inside was filthy. The room we were given hadn’t been cleaned. There was dog hair everywhere, floors had salt on them for wet shoes that had dried, there was what looked like a bloody hand print on the wall. The vents were covered in hair and dust. The washroom had someone’s fake lashes on the side of the counter, there was what looked like mold in the ceiling coming through a massive crack. The floors were sticky, garbage and dog poop outside the patio door. Even to walk into the door to the hallway where our room was we had to walk around a pile of trash. We took multiple photos before we left. The hallway hadn’t looked like it had been vacuumed in days. we were very disappointed as this hotel chain has higher standards than the way this one does. We will never recommend this hotel to anyone

The place needs a major renovation

I recently stayed at this facility, and my experience was a mixed.The website’s pictures, particularly those of the lobby, looked promising, but the reality was quite different. Upon arrival, it became clear that the facility is very old and in dire need of a major renovation. The overall appearance was not presentable, to the point where I didn’t even bother taking pictures. While the facility functioned adequately for my needs, its condition left much to be desired. The discrepancy between the online images and the actual state of the facility was striking. Potential visitors should be aware that the lobby photos on the website do not accurately represent the entire facility. On the positive side, it was one of the cheapest options available, which might make it appealing to those on a tight budget. However, if you’re looking for a place that is visually appealing or well-maintained, this might not be the best choice
