Terrible service from owner

After booking and paying in full for a two night stay in London. We had to be relocated to a hotel as the owner replied to 0 messages, calls and texts. The process for calling HomeAway to resolve is longwinded and not very user friendly. We were unable to get called back and had to keep going through the automated system, which made the process even more frustrating.
