Absolutely everything was perfect at my stay at the Crowne Plaza. The reception staff were amazing (Special shout out to Sharif & Sylvia) they were very accommodating and provided a high level of profesionalism. The breakfast was good lots to choose from. The bar staff were very friendly and the selection of spirits was quite expansive. My room was meticulous clean the decor modern the bed was very comfy. I enjoyqed my late afternoon stroll and viewed swans in the pond. The property was well situated to other dining venues and it was easy accessing transportation - airport shuttle was an appreciated bonus. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

The room and bathroom were very clean, with high-quality toiletries provided. However, the shuttle service was inconsistent. One left early and the next arrived late. If you plan to use it, I recommend getting there well in advance so you do not miss it. For a hotel charging a premium for its location near the airport, the shuttle really should be reliable and on time. I also found the “business lounge” access misleading. I paid over $100 extra thinking it included airport lounge access, but it was only for the hotel’s lounge. In reality, a standard breakfast option was available for significantly less money, making the lounge seem like a true upgrade, which it definitely was not. With a name like Crowne Plaza, I expected more transparency about what was actually included. On a positive note, the staff were absolutely wonderful, especially Justyna in the breakfast area who was incredibly warm and attentive. Overall, while the service was excellent, the experience did not justify the higher price point. For what was offered, it felt no different than many other standard hotels, so I would consider staying elsewhere next time.

Be careful of the hotel's "free shuttle" if you have difficulty walking. The staff does not mention that the shuttle does not go to Terminal 2. We were dropped at Terminal 1 and had to flag our own cab since walking was not an option. We may has well have taken an uber to begin with.
