The hotel had everything you need for a comfortable stay and many tourist destinations, restaurants and pubs are an easy walk. Access to a free washing machine and dryer was a bonus for a mid-vacation laundry session. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Fantastic Location and Excellent Stay We just returned from a vacation in Ireland and had a wonderful experience staying at the Staycity Apartments Dublin Castle. The location was perfect—walkable to everything we wanted to see in Dublin. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The staff was especially impressive—friendly, responsive, and always happy to offer helpful tips and information. The two bedroom apartment we rented for a few days in Dublin was perfect for our family. Clean, comfortable with a very helpful staff. It was walkable to everything we wanted to visit during our short stay - Dublin Castle, Trinity College, St. James Gate and loads of restaurant options.

Perfect Stay

The staff for StayCity Aparthotels Castke were amazing. They were friendly, informative, and just made the stay even better. The room was clean and cute. Everything I needed and the location was walking distance from temple bar, Dublin castle, trinity college, and the church. Overall perfect.

Comfy and clean, my room was upgraded when I arrived and had a two bed apartment to myself. It was central to lots of landmarks and great for exploring the city.

Pro: Great location, walkable to many of the sights. Con: The drapes did not close entirely. The room was pretty warm at night, but we couldn’t leave the window open due to noise, and the room fan was missing. We reported the missing fan, but the hotel clerk did not try to replace it for us.

Great apartment and location!

Great location within walking distance of all the main areas, also just a few minutes walk from the drop off and pick up of the airport bus. Great room with everything we needed for our stay. Reception staff were lovely and really helpful, it was my birthday and they left us some treats in the room. Would definitely recommend!

Disappointed with Management

We enjoyed the location, the room and the helpful and friendly staff. But there was one incident that were we not happy about. There was an abduction incident with a hotel guest that happened while we were there. Police officers woke us up at 4am and entered our room looking for an underaged girl who was being abducted. The person they were looking for was found in the room across the hall from ours. Our privacyvwas not only invaded, but we received no communication from the hotel, nor did we receive an apology or compensation for the incident.

This was in a great location for me. Easy to walk to all my tours and to get to the heart of downtown dublin. It was in a good spot and the staff was very friendly and helpful. sheets were a bit scratchy, but the room was nice. Good amenities like a fridge and able to cook if needed. The only thing was there is no safe to keep belongings like your passport, money and laptop and there was no extra physical lock on the door just a button to lock it. But it was a safe area and you had to use your key to get in the front, another set of doors to the elevator and your room so it was safe.
