Heating still not working in rooms, not a problem for me because I like it on the cool side. Staff very friendly as always, worth it just for the included use of David Lloyds pool next door which is nice

Very comfortable bed and pillows and general ambiance in room/hotel. Just a short stay to allow me to rest before picking up grandson from the airport in the early hours. Third stay here and the place is getting better each time, it won’t be the last visit.

Overall yes very clean the bath tub was marked but they provided a bath mat that covered it . The duty manager had told us he would change it but we were in a rush to go to a appointment so he gave us a feee breakfast voucher which was kind of him
