Check in staff very helpful, bar staff very average. Bedding did not fit the bed (king size bed without big enough duvet) hence very uncomfortable night which, considering the room price is just not good enough. Shower also too narrow for a full size adult. Disappointing and poor value for money.

The employees were so friendly and helpful, and the car park was a bargain with us needing to leave for an hour in the morning! The only disappointment was the lifts, one was out of order and the other couldn’t cope with the demand leading to long waits - did not spoil the stay at all, and I realise these things happen but it caused some delay for us in the morning being in a high room

Excellent location when visiting Liverpool

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Marriott Liverpool and overall, it was a very good experience. The hotel boasts a great location, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Whether you're visiting popular attractions or just enjoying a stroll through Liverpool, you'll find everything within easy reach. The staff at the Marriott were exceptional, as always. They were friendly, attentive, and eager to help with any requests or questions we had during our stay. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced our experience. The only minor downside was the bed, which was a bit too firm for my wife's liking. However, this is a matter of personal preference and might not be an issue for everyone. Overall, I would highly recommend the Marriott Liverpool for its prime location and excellent service.

Fine for a quick visit.

Great location close to Lime Street station and bus terminal. Hotel reception area and Oliver’s breakfast restaurant warm but couldn’t get room temp up. Spoke with other guests who said same. TV faulty with poor picture quality and signal issues. Bath was very narrow and shower head not height adjustable. No underfloor heating so bathroom cold.

Amazing hotel

Absolutely fantastic hotel we had an amazing time in august here and we booked it again and we requested the same room as we loved the view of where we got married at at George’s hall. The staff where amazing we had the best stay ever, the staff even done a game for the kids and they got a free present at the end our daughter was made up
