Comfortable and spacious

I stayed one night during the Open golf at Royal Liverpool. We arrived after reception had closed but the instructions on how to get the keys were easy to follow and accurate. The room was spacious and comfortable and the venue itself was well kept. I would recommend this venue to all.

Peaceful retreat

Stayed here 2 night for the Open. On arrival Emma greeted us and commented on the bikes on the car, she then offered to move us to a different cottage so we could store the bikes safely over night. The cottage also had a hot tub, which was an added bonus after a 10 mile cycle ride each way and all day at The Royal Liverpool. Thank you for a lovely stay, wish we had more time to explore the grounds.

Beautiful location

Absolutely stunning location and grounds. Wish we had stayed longer to investigate. All good except Check In was tricky as we got there later than expected and no-one was around Hope they're able to repair the main house soon

We had a great stay at Thornton manor estates! Ian who checked us in was so friendly and welcoming, excellent communication throughout from booking our stay to check in. We stayed in one of the cottages and it even had a hot tub! Great value for money with spacious rooms and peaceful location. Our group loved our stay! Thank you.
