I had a great stay at this hostel in room 107. The room was peaceful and clean, which made it easy to relax and recharge after a long day. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. Overall, it was excellent value for money, and I would definitely recommend it to fellow travelers looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay.

Pleasantly surprise after ready previous reviews. Reception staff efficient. I stayed in the double room with ensuite, very clean and bed comfortable. The double room comes with towels supplied. Hotel very quiet during the night even though it was a Saturday night. Would highly recommend.

Everything was good, although in a heat wave the room was very hot. Staff provided fans to take to the rooms to help. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of places to eat and go shopping around the hotel, the staff were lovely, the room was great for just sleeping and some down time. So this hotel is great if you just need somewhere to sleep while you explore liverpool.

Check in took a long time, big queue and only one person checking us in, despite 2 other staff members standing around behind them. Swearing about the chairs. Room was basic but clean. Very thin walls, not a huge amount of sleep thanks to the couple in the next room!
