This was my first stay at the Sana Malhoa and overall I have enjoyed my time here. The positives are: Very friendly and helpful staff, nice bar area, awesome breakfast and breakfast area, nice shower, very good air conditioning. Downsides, bath is very high so people with mobility issues will struggle, the bed is a little on the small side, room is on the small side. I would recommend the hotel to others based on my stay and highlighting the downsides above.

Really nice property, rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was incredible with many options. It is also nearby a large/famed shopping center, as well as several bus stops/metro stations.

House keeping was not perfect, every time they cleaned the room they forgot something, one day they forgot to clean the water glasses, another day forgot to refill the toilet papers and napkins, the third day they took the dorty spoon and didn't bring another one instead, they never brought new water bottles once the ones we had finished!

Great experience.

The hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful and we had a beautiful welcome gift in the room. They have a stunning outdoor patio to enjoy your welcome drink.
