Away from hub-hub. Quiet. Clean. Beds are comfortable. Pillows are comfortable. Staff go out of their way to accommodate your request and/or answer questions. My wife our 2 kids and I LOVED it !! Wish we could stay longer. OBRIGADO

Sana Malhoa was great except that it was in an odd location, a bit outside the zone I intended to choose. My error perhaps. Very commerical, like office building feeling. Staff was AMAZING. So engaging, helpful, kind. Rooms were nothing to brag about but clean. They went above and beyond to accomodate us -- family of 7, 2 small children. PARENTS: The window open out and INEXPLICABLY, downward. One of the windows on the 3rd floor was unlocked and my 5 years old daughter honestly nearly fell out -- 6 stories (3 "-" floors below our floor). Other than that, loved it.

I was very impressed with this hotel. Room was spacious and clean, staff was friendly, is not far from the metro and the breakfast buffet was top notch. If you dont mind to be a bit away from the city center, this is a great option that I would repeat again.

We had a good experience at SANA. Excellent choices for breakfast, excellent service and fabulous dining area. The hotel is very modern, smells good and super clean. Location is excellent near metro and big bus station going to Fatima and Madrid. Highly recommended. All staff were polite and helpful.

Bit disappointed as the room we were given on check in was clearly laid out for someone else, had a welcome note dedicated to somebody else. The extra bed in there was clearly for a child where as I had booked the room for 3 adults. They apologised and promised us another more spacious room for the next day however the lady at the reception denied any knowledge of this and said, they did not have any other rooms. They did put a different, more acceptable 3rd bed in there. Otherwise, the hotel quality is good, it does behave like a 4* hotel. Location is ok but can get cheap Ubers to get into the main city anyway which isn’t too far!
