I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent stay at this hotel was frustrating enough that I feel others should be warned. From the moment I stepped into the room, the experience was uncomfortable. AC Not Working: Despite the summer heat, the air conditioning was completely non-functional. I contacted the front desk, but all I got was a vague promise that "someone would look into it" — which never happened. The room felt like a sauna all night. Bad Odor: There was a strong, musty smell lingering in the room — the kind that makes you question whether it had been cleaned properly at all. It was tough to relax, let alone sleep, in such an environment. Dust Everywhere: Dust was floating visibly in the air and had settled on every surface — the desk, bedside tables, even the curtains. It triggered allergies and showed a serious lack of upkeep and cleanliness. Honestly, this hotel needs a serious revamp in terms of maintenance and housekeeping. We couldn't sleep whole night, What could have been a decent stay turned into a regrettable one. I hope management takes feedback like this seriously because the potential is there — it just needs effort and care.

Great hot breakfast buffet. Fresh ground coffee and you can choose the type of coffee from the machine. There are water refill stations in the lobby. The pool is small and was always busy. There are restaurants and shopping that are walking distance.

Slow to resolve problems with room

The stay was ok overall. It was very hot and the fridge in the room didnt work i complained 4 times before action was taken. Even then they didnt fix it. Just the light bulb worked not the fridge. We stayed 5 nights. It was an inconvience.

Well renovated,very clean,good restaurant located on main floor,helpful staff,good location,14min to the Airport,10min walking to the rail stations which you can get on to SINTRA train get there in 33min $6.50 for each,a lots of restaurants one block away,safe area,Sightseeing bus BlueLine stop 16 in front of hotel,you can buy the ticket on bus to explore the Lisbon.

The staff were great. Hotel rooms were comfortable and as expected for this class of hotel. Breakfast was good. The location was convenient but not much to do around the hotel. It served our purpose well. Easily fixed by a short taxi ride into the old town.
