Bad Check-In Procedure
With the property management office nowhere near the property, very inconvenient check-in process. Should have someone meet you at the property to check in or have a key drop box so you can go directly to the property.

Appartement spacieux bien situé à proximité de tout: commerces à deux pas, tramway également. Quartier de Graca très sympa et à 10 min à pieds d’Alfama.

The meeting point was far. Property was a bit remote and smelled of stale tobacco. .
Bed sheets were missing, no pillow cases on 2nd bed. No facecloth, little kitchen linens etc.
It was not a great experience. We stayed 3 nights.
