The staff was amazing. All were very friendly especially the woman for check in. I wish I could remember her name so I could give her a personalized shoutout. The hotel was clean and the view was awesome. Would stay again.

Amazing staff, we booked the stay about an hour before arriving and they were already waiting for us, explained everything in detail. The breakfast staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. They let us leave our baggage after checking out so we wouldn’t have to carry everything with us. Would definitely come back

It is a nice hotel. The cleanliness is good and breakfast is very good. However, is very tricky to get to the elevators with luggage because of the stairs between the front desk and the elevator area to get to your rooms.

We started here for a day trip to Lisbon! It’s it a great area! We were able to walk to any store, restaurant, or historic monument we wanted to! The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was amazing! We got the room with the city view and it was amazing! I would highly recommend staying here!

Tourist friendly place

The hotel is very well located in the center of the town. The staff was helpful and breakfast very good. Being on a busy road the noise from street was there but city center hotels always have this issue. All buses pass through this place and the stop is right opposite the doorstep of the hotel. Also a very large superstore is also in front of this place and a paid parking is available very close.

Was a lovely boutique hotel in historic town close to everything! The staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic which we felt was worth the extra included price. Mario was especially a wonderful staff member.
