Great reasonably priced accommodation. We parked our car in the secure parking and walked from the hotel to all of the locations we wanted to visit in Lisbon. The small grocery store across the street and coffee shop attached to the lobby were very convenient. The only thing missing was a small fridge in our room, which would have been helpful.

We chose this hotel as we expected a decent standard of cleanliness and amenities as it was a chain. We mostly got this bit we're surprised by some things which were left to be desired. •The room was clean as expected • Fully functional and warm shower • Easy and functional WiFi • The room was cleaned and towels changed everyday • Hand soap and shower gel provided •Air con and heating control • friendly and multilingual staff What was missing or could have been better: • The room was small with limited space. • The bed was as small as a double could be and we're only provided with two small pillows for two people. •No wardrobe but only 4 hangers and 2 coat hooks for clothes and a couple drawer like spaces. •The bathroom tap was controlled with a hand pump as if we were in a public school. Once pressed, water would only run for about two seconds max before needing to press again. • There was a comically small floor mat for the bathroom. • The shower door only opened outwards which would lead to water getting on the floor. In addition there was a small gap in the shower door which would also leak on the floor. Which was annoying to deal with, with the aforementioned small floor towel. Location was good; about an 8 minute walk from the nearestetro station which is on two of the four lines. Close to some nice restaurants and some sights. Three small supermarkets close by which is handy and slightly outside of the touristy areas so it is easy to avoid the crowds.

Terrible layout: the enormous shower can fit 4 adults & the bathroom itself can fit 6, but the tiny bedroom has zero space: zero counter space, zero drawers, zero closet, zero everything. There is literally no space to unpack your things or even open a suitcase. It’s bewildering that any person would design such a supremely nonsensical room with the oversized shower + oversized bathroom yet severely undersized everything else! There isn’t even a bedside table. Also, no shelves in the huge bathroom, just a lot of wasted space. There is so little room that both of us repeatedly injured our knees and legs trying to get into bed. We are small people yet kept banging our knees on the corners of the beds. The gigantic shower floor is slippery & there’s a lot of space to slip & fall, no rail for stability or support. On the good side, staff was friendly enough and helpful, the room was very quiet, and the location was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable, pillows a bit lumpy though. Only 1 pillow per bed so we asked for extras and the staff was accommodating. There is a small desk and chair in the room. Also, the hotel charges extra for storing luggage, and there are other surcharges for everything else. The café onsite only takes CASH, but has good coffee. Across the street is a basic grocery store and pub/resto.
