stayed 3 nights - convenience store right across - stable internet. not sure about dining or parking bc we didn't use it. used uber for transportation. Not sure why there was either a siren or person speaking into a loud speaker - audible in my room. nonetheless, the hotel was very nice

We loved our stay here! Staff very friendly and helpful! Very clean! We had a problem with electrical plugs as our ones were Canadian. The staff fixed that with a converter. Great stay!

I was supposed to get a VIP free bottle of wine and that did not happen. There was not even coffee in the hotel room. I was very disappointed. However, if you are looking for a cheap stay, this hotel will it.

- polite front desk staff - relatively clean room, bedding, etc. - while it's not located in the main city center area, the hotel is close to a metro station, making it easy to reach the city center - relatively easy to get here via bus from the airport - perfectly fine place to stay, good place, for when travelling/exploring Lisbon

This hotel is a bit far from the historical center, but getting around is manageable. You'll find a bus stop just a 5-minute walk away, and the subway is about a 15-minute walk. For convenience, there's a food court and a supermarket right next door. The building itself feels a little old, but it's kept very clean and well-maintained. However, one major issue was the noise. During my stay, there was a school trip group, and the walls and door weren't soundproof enough, making it quite loud.

Perfect inexpensive stay

Perfect location around corner from metro and buses. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was pricy and there are plenty of better choices nearby. Bar is 4 seats in lobby. Rooms are clean and bathrooms well stocked. Safe and minifrig in room. My only complaint is that after a long flight our room was not ready till 2:40 even though it states check-in is 2. They will hold luggage so you can go explore but all I wanted was a bed and a shower.

Clean. Quiet. Basic and comfortable. Courteous but stiff staff (except the person who checked me in was warm). Good breakfast spread; worth including in the booking. Great location--20 min Metro ride to the airport! Restaurants, laundry, groceries, bus lines, weekly market nearby. Need to fix that second elevator. Other than that, would stay here again.
