This hotel is my first one that I could not mention any thing that would make me uncomfortable or upset. It locates in the center of old city. Restaurants, shops, transportation, and the historic places are all in the walking distance. It is the first hotel that I would sing the praises to the receptionists. There are so knowledgeable, welcoming, supportive, respectful, and professional. Room was clean and warm. Breakfast was good. My stay was great.

Front desk staff was amazing. They have Port Wine and Tarts available at all hours so every time you leave you can have a tasty treat. And its in a perfect area of town

We spent New Year’s in Lisbon, and this hotel was perfect. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and the service was excellent. The restaurant served amazing food, and we also received complimentary drinks and a delicious nata pastry from the hotel. Additionally, we enjoyed a discount at their restaurant, which made the experience even better.

Not explicit that property is only pedestrian access. Our parking was given to a guest at the counter despite having reserved it. Expensive for the quality of accommodation, some staff in the reception were rude and impolite.

The hotel has an excellent location, close to many restaurants and important historical sites. The staff is very friendly and professional, and the room service was excellent. However, the big issue I’ve noticed in Europe during winter is that they don’t provide air conditioning, so you have to open the window at night to avoid suffocating from the heat. This hotel is located in the heart of Baixa, surrounded by a lot of tourism, and it’s very noisy. You can’t sleep well with the window open, and if you close it, you feel like you’re suffocating. Another thing I didn’t like was that the bed is extremely hard and uncomfortable. You wake up feeling worse than when you went to bed.
