Front desk staff are super helpful and helped us with so many things such as transit tickets, tour, train and taxi arrangements. They always have answers to our questions, especially Clayton who helped us with a taxi as we were almost late for our train, and Lonilzo too and a lady (sorry forgot to ask for her name) who drew a touring map for us for our first day touring Alfama. Food is good quality. Highly recommend.

Good location but noisy

The staff was outstanding. The rooms are smaller than I expected and the use of a cleaning product with an overpowering fragrance resulted in a migraine and declining any further cleaning during my 3 night stay. The hotel is conveniently located, but right along a main tourist street and can be quite noisy. Fortunately closing the windows and using a/c even when one might prefer open windows, solved that issue right away.

If you are looking for a great hotel in the Baxia area of Lisbon then look no further than Behotelisboa. The room we had was lovely, all the staff were friendly and helpful making our stay really enjoyable. If we ever visit Lisbon again Behotelisboa would be our go to hotel. I had a wonderful stay in this property. I love how conveniently it was located. Even though located in the busy area, the rooms are sound proof. Staff go above and beyond to help you and are very friendly and honest. I left some jewelry and money in the safe by accident and days later I realize where I left them. The staff kept it in the safe place for me and I was able to retrieve it days later, without a penny missing. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great location in Lisbon and great service.

The hotel is located in the perfectly ideal spot. You are just a couple of minutes walk to the Train stattion, you are surrounded by shopping, restaurants, bakeries. You are so close to the hop on and off pick up location. The staff is very knowldegeable, kind, and helpful. I checked in on my birthday, and was surprised in my room with a cake and singing with the staff. Loved my stay here!

Super central location.  Close to metro and trams. Walkable to railway stations for Cascais and Sinatra. Near tour meeting points.   Superior room was large with big high pressure shower. Coffee machine but no kettle.  Breakfast was tasty with lovely fruit and great bread & cakes.  Delightful service. Would certainly stay again.
