Room was clean...couldn't get warm..it was cold even with heat at 80...shower would go from hot to cold while taking a shower. They said they would sent an engineer to look at the problem, but that didn't happen. This was our staycation for 21 anniversary so we went home daily to enjoy Boston's sites and have dinner.. The bathroom had visible cracks and was not properly cleaned. The shampoo and body wash bottles were empty. There was an unpleasant smell in the room. Additionally, the window curtain was poorly installed and taped unevenly to the wall, which looked unprofessional. I have photos documenting these issues.

Room had a weird smell to it. Website advertised room service, but the phone extension for this in the room was turned off and was eventually told that they do not offer it at all. Website and several flyers around the lobby and elevators also advertised an evening social hour with two complementary drinks but this also turned out to be false.

I have stayed at many Embassy Suites hotels throughout the Country and Territories. This was the worse stay ever. The amount of kids staying at this hotel with lack of supervision or rule enforcement made my stay a very uncomfortable experience. The noise from kids yelling, screaming and running through the hallways could be heard all the way down to the front desk. I’m a little upset that the front desk was not being more proactive in preventing this madness. I stayed here two nights and both nights were the same as far as extreme noise. This lasted well past midnight on both nights. This place needs to do better. I truly enjoy Embassy Suites and I would hate for the experience to ruin my future plans with this hotel. Thanks for listening.

The paper cups was used and dirty and the glass cups was dirty. Some of the plugs didn’t work in the room and one of the lamps. Otherwise the room was a cozy stay.

The room was okay. Pillows were super soft/flat. The included breakfast and staff there were great. The dinner experience was lacking. Food was okay. Waiter didn't know the menu and didn't listen to our order which came with two sides but he only brought us one. Didn't check on us for drink refills. Once ordered they took 15-20 mins to get a coke. The restaurant/Bar area was pretty empty. Fire alarm went off at 4am (not their fault) but the emergency exits were not shoveled so had to push the door open and walk through snow in our pajamas.

Room was neglected. Place felt like it was going under due to lack of care & proper maintenance. Not worth the money. Definitely not hilton standards. Left 2 nights early.
