Ryan at the front Desk was great. He upgraded us to the 23rd floor room. The only thing that did not happen was the turn down service but I think this was an oversight. No big deal. Overall this hotel is great and location is excellent. Very clean and upscale hotel. I loved it.

The crowd that hangs out in front of this hotel is way less than desirable. There was a loud noise that reoccurring every 30-45 minutes through out the night. Upon arrival to the hotel after my event, the elevators were not working. I was instructed to use the service elevator. That was able to get me up to my room. I tried to leave again using that elevator and it would not work. I was on the 22nd floor, walking all of those flights of stairs is a real big inconvenience. I wouldn’t really suggest this hotel to anyone staying downtown. There are far better options.

Great hotel. Always reliably 5 stars. Rooms are very quiet with great bathrooms with separate tub and shower. Great location with a Starbucks downstairs. The only limitation is one restaurant but good restaurants are close by including Mortons.
