We found the lighting of the suite a little daunting at first. Then realized one bulb was out of a lamp by the bed and also that it was too "tall" for that light. Found a light by the couch where it would fit and switched lights. Then both worked as well as the switch. The toilet must be flushed a certain way - pushing past what seems like the end as some water flows at that point. But you must push it past some resistance at that point to get a real flush.

The sheets and towels were stained as well as the shower in the first room backed up and sink clogged (they say it was calcium tht came back up…but it wouldn’t drain it would wash away a little but took forever to drain) in our replacement room. Overall comfy stay wished that I didn’t have those issues. Would book again

For the exception of the lack of concern to assist my wife and I with extra sheets for our bed, we still love this hotel. As a business man I will not tear down the image of a great business model due to an employee’s behavior. This was our second visit, we will come again, and if the employee mentioned cannot treat us with decency, I will definitely speak with upper management. Thank you.
