confusing location of free shuttle picking up

The instruction of shuttle bus pick up was not clear and confusing. We had been waiting for the shuttle bus in the airport for an hour and called the front desk twice. The front desk person asked me where we were waiting for the bus, I told him 2D. He did not say the waiting point should be between 2B and 2D until the 2nd time when I called. When I asked him if he can call the driver to pick us up, he said the last pick up was already done for the day. We had to spend 25 euros to take a taxi to go to the hotel after standing outside of airport at 2B for an hour. When we were in the hotel, it was already 12 AM.

Hotel is declining since renovations. Slow check in preferred airport shuttle full at check in. Had to take uber- shuttle already booked at check in. Food at dinner and breakfast poor quality. Bed is rock hard. Much better options close to airport. Would choose something else in the future.

We liked this hotel. It was clean, new and very quiet. 15 min shuttle from terminal 2B. Our dinner there was pretty good for a gotel restaurant. Buffet breakfast was well above avg. my only complaint was that the pillow was too thick.

Convenient hotel near CDG airport

It was really conveniently located near CDG airport. It gave access to the fitness center and pool next door and the staff gave me a complimentary drink upon check-in. The hotel restaurant was decent but there really aren't a lot of other options in the area.

Staff were nice. Air conditioning was nice in the room. Quiet area. Breakfast was fine. Dining area is under main floor and was too warm for comfort. Price seemed high for that. Not much to see around the area. We had to taxi to sites.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. They offer a shuttle bus to the airport every 30 mins. Breakfast is included - it’s a great variety of food. The pool is actually off site - in a community centre next door. Beware of the swim attire for men- not the normal swim trucks that North Americans wear. The onsite restaurant- rude staff- especially the lady with short blonde hair. Our experience was rescued by the African lady work there. She was the only Pleasant person to deal with. Food was good!!!

The lobby was so welcoming - with two giant circular swings and a porch-type swing, all big enough for a couple of children or an adult. Great for stress-busting before having to face the airport the next day! :)

Beautiful property and spacious room. Kind and helpful staff. Good food at breakfast and the restaurant. The pool was a little more effort than we anticipated and we used it less than expected. It’s next door and my kids were not happy about the male mandatory tight suit. Also we had a ridiculous snafu with a few items my daughter wanted dry cleaned.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel & rooms. I did not like: - access to a nice pool complex but not in the hotel (was not clear from description) - dining options were quite limited. It was more fast-food type - shuttle only goes to Terminal 2B (my terminal was 2E). This is a problem as it takes a long time to go from Terminal B to Terminal E. As a result, I had to take an Uber in the morning to go to Terminal 2E.
