I was here for 3 nights and the experience was not as expected for a 4 stars hotel. The rooms were connected to the next door which was not expected at all. The sound insulation was terrible. For the 3 nights i spend there I can hear clearly outside my room and next door. The circulation system with the heating was terrible because of the loud sound it makes while it is on. The fees that I paid for the hotel Wi-Fi was gone to the trash because the wifi did not work at all for the entire 3 days/nights. The only reasons why I gave it a 3 stars was because of the convenience of parking.

Will never stay at this hotel again. No hot water in the shower. After calling numerous times and waiting for over and hour for their engineer to fix the hot water I had walk all the way downstairs to change rooms. After walking all the way back upstairs to the new room, same problem and no hot water. I called the front desk and asked if someone can deliver keys to a new room, they told me it could take more than 30 mins. I went back downstairs again and asked them if hot water existed in their hotel, not a word from the front desk. The lady pretended like she didnt hear my question. The 3rd room was in a different floor and had hot water but lacked all the other toiletries. Terrible experience and all I wanted was a hot shower. Is that too much to ask for? No apologies for any of my inconveniences. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

There were lots of different area's to visit and spacious. Our bathroom fan didnt work at all. The mirror was half clean. The drawers on the cabinet with the refrigerator kept opening up and the magnets would not stay together. The desk had a large drip stain running down the drawers. The resort fees on top of the cost to stay are ridiculous. There is no in room coffee pots. The Starbucks line is long and to make your guess purchase coffee after charging the extra resort fees is unacceptable. Covid is over remove the resort fee.
