Not even a bottle of water in the room that I pay for. The service for terrible. I wouldn't have room service if I did not ask so many times.

The service was not good at all. There was no microwave, no tea or coffee maker. There was not even a bottle of water in the room. There are no chairs in the main entrance; not enough chairs nor benches in the checking area. There were not enough guest service personel to check in the arriving guests; people to wait in a long line before checking in.

Great staff & clean sheets offset aging property

Check in staff was excellent and guiding corridor staff was also excellent. Buffet was a bit dismal. Though the server was very sweet. Linens were very clean and maid staff excellent Rooms were acceptable but aging with dirty vents and cracking paint in the bathroom.

Old and outdated hotel

Went for 1 night, the room is so outdated and old with old smell. Shower head wasn’t working and had to wait for maintenance to come and fix it which they did. Bathroom didn’t have a fan and no air flow after shower. The windows are dirty even though we had a good view of Spheres but it was not clear view behind all the dirt. I won’t stay there for sure next time. The only positive that we had free parking.

They tried to sell you timeshare, which was supposed to take 90 minutes for the presentation end up taking 6 1/2 hours so we lost the whole day of vacation get in the room and this old coffee grounds in the coffee pot there’s no way to reach the sink and the dinette not made for small people

This is a well maintained, older property with nice clean rooms. The TV in my room 27-31 was failing and needs to be replaced. The LED's are failing due to end of life wear on the unit and it should be replaced.
