The property is good and in a great location, very close to the Lapu-Lapu Monument. However, the bathroom needs an upgrade, and the pool could also use some improvement. We also experienced no hot water for shower during our stay. On a positive note, the staff was awesome—very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Overall, it’s a good resort and still a pleasant place to stay.

It wouldn't be that hard to replenish them. # tv was not working #room was not cleaned,inspite of asking. #entering the sea was dangerous because of missing a railing walking down the slippery stairs. ,#the food(breakfast and menu was tasty. #the staff very friendly and attentive. We had a relaxing stay at this resort. No frills but everything went well. We liked how plated breakfast with a touch of hot soup before the main dish arrives. Over all a nice place to getsome sun and sea air.
