I had made an error in the booking and arrived at Goldberry 24 hours late (thought I had booked 7 January but had actually booked 6 January). The staff were not helpful at all - they went about their business and there was no understanding that a genuine mistake was made. I sat with my partner looking for another place to stay - and the staff did not say anything. In fact we had to ask if there was a room for that night and they said no, and did not offer any suggestions. They even said we should have told them we had missed the reservation - but as I did not know till I arrived this could not have occurred. They repeated this several times so we felt that we were not wanted there.
I would like a refund please given we did not actually stay at the Goldberry Suites - I hope this can be arranged. Thanks.
