Airport shuttle is a plus. Hotel was clean. Breakfast being included was good and adequate choices. At times it was noisy but on a busy street so understandable. Good value for money. Hotel recommended a place across the street for laundry and that service was really good and a 2 hr turnaround.

Staff is nice and restaurant is very good in the hotel. But they tack on a lot of unnecessary charges. For example, most hotels have daily housekeeping. But here, they charge extra for cleaning the room. Also, the air conditioner does not work well and getting hot water is near impossible.

The staff was always friendly and helpful. Goldberry upgraded our room from standard to deluxe upon check-in! WOW! How nice! Overall, a great place to stay and I would highly recommend Goldberry Hotel for your accommodations.

The hotel is clean, well-maintained and close to the airport. The shuttle driver was apologetic that he was delayed in picking us up from the airport because he had to shuttle a group before us. He was helpful with our questions about the area. The dining staff was also accommodating with our requests. To top it all, the staff was very honest in letting me know that I left my gold necklace and earrings in the bathroom. In rushing to catch our flight, I forgot them. They contacted me and made sure that I got them back. I am so grateful for what they did. Thank you Goldberry Staff! You are very much appreciated.
