The front of house staff were unkind and not great to deal. The resort is so far removed from anything it takes ages to get anywhere. The food was not of a quality that makes it 5 star and the team did not do anything to make you feel welcomed. The best part of the dusit was the bed and pillows, but that's it!

This resort is by far the best resort I have been to in the Philippines. The view of the ocean with the infinity pool is beyond perfection. Service, food and everything else are excellent! Highly recommended!!

Booked last minute due to stay on Malapascua cut short due to tropical storm and needing somewhere close to airport to stay for 3 nights. Excellent hotel. We did not leave the hotel but enjoyed the beach and grounds. Pool is large and nice, resort is aimed at entertaining kids as well, but it seems like they keep it separated pretty good. There is a small quiet pool hidden back a little bit which seemed nice but didn't go in. Breakfast buffet was one of the largest I have seen. Excellent choices for everyone. They had everything. Pizza, pasta, eggs, potatoes, many local dishes and Japanese dishes, fruit juices, bakery, etc... You could find anything. It was great and service was great. You could get an omelet or eggs cooked to order but we chose not to. We had dinner at the Korean restaurant which was excellent and also at the Le Petit Chef which was so much fun. Room was large sea view and had a big balcony. Bathroom with shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with toothbrush, toothpaste, combs, q tips and big fluffy towels. Beds large and comfy with great lighting in the room. We also paid for a lounge day pass which exceeded our expectations. Tea time with snacks was amazing along with the evening happy hour. Food was provided on tiered trays and was unlimited. Service was excellent and very attentive. Highly recommend this along with everything about the hotel. Had an amazing experience here.

The A/C did not work well. It only cooled to a xettain tmp even though I lowered all the way down. The shower drain was clogged. They came to fix but didnt help. I had to turn the wayer on and off. Could only take 3 minute showers or els the bathroom would flood.

The staff are great. The property needs a bit of work to fix cracks and paint work. Rooms are not consistent. We had 2 rooms one had a minibar stocked and rhe other didnt. One room was set up very different to other room and had less space. Dinning options are good with great food.

Staff and facilities excellent. Breakfast ok but having to order bacon/eggs separately a little annoying as you have to wait before getting other items if you want everything hot. The room service menu is now through the smart tv but needs refinement as hard to find your certain things. Sometimes the old fashion way with a physical information folder is better but i presume this is a cost issue. Overall a great experience and would recommend.

The student training in VIP on M floor . Her name Jayyjay made my stay worth it. She was attentive to my needs. The whole while maintaining company policy in a professional maner. The concierge staff was equipt with the knowledge to take on any problem that you had. Well trained friendly . The students in all areas were well on their way to a very successful career. The lady's in the message dept worked me over I'm so thankful. They're is not enough words to describe the wonderful trip I'm having due to the Awesome start at The Dusit Thani Resort in Cebu Mactan Lapu Lapu . Beautiful hotel nice pool overlooking. Expedia says 16 mins away from the airport but actually 30 mins going to airport without traffic. Staff are super friendly very helpful. Buffet breakfast 10 out of 10 many choices of foods its worth the price.
