All the staff are very very respectful and service is just remarkable, the whole resort is sparkling clean. However, restaurants are not in the phone directory or on their website so you had to dial and wait for the operator to transfer you which twice took me 3 redials to finally get the operator and was then transferred to room service instead of the Thai restaurant. We were there for 4 nights and not a lot of food choices for dinner. Also, Dusit must rethink of easier and faster way to check out.

We stayed at Dusit Thani Resort from July 14 to 16, occupying rooms 1502, 1503, and 1504 as a group—and overall, the experience was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with heartfelt smiles and that signature Filipino hospitality that immediately made us feel relaxed and cared for. The staff consistently went above and beyond, with genuine warmth and attention to detail that stood out throughout our stay. A very special mention goes to Hiroshi, who took care of us at the buffet. He was incredibly kind, accommodating, and attentive—always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and making us feel truly welcome. His friendly presence elevated every meal and left a lasting impression on all of us. The resort itself is gorgeous, with lush tropical landscaping, serene walkways, and access to a beautiful beach. Our rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed, perfect for unwinding after a full day. That said, the only downside of our stay was the view from our rooms. Unfortunately, we faced a construction site and an untidy area, which did take away from the overall resort atmosphere. Given the beauty of the beachfront and the rest of the property, it would have been wonderful to enjoy a beach or garden view instead—especially for such a special getaway. Despite that, the service, amenities, and the warmhearted staff—especially Hiroshi—made our stay a memorable one. We truly enjoyed our time at Dusit Thani and would love to return

We had a great stay!The buffet was delicious especially the Filipino foods. You get to choose from a variety of foods actually. Their staff in the buffet restaurant go out of their way to provide you with what you need. Special mention to Hiroshi who is really kind, friendly, helpful, hardworking and really entertaining to talk to. We tried eating at their Sunset Bar. It was a bit pricey but worth it though because it was really tasty. Their pool is huge which my son really enjoyed.

We stayed at Dusit Thani Resort from July 14 to 16, occupying rooms 1502, 1503, and 1504 as a group—and overall, the experience was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with heartfelt smiles and that signature Filipino hospitality that immediately made us feel relaxed and cared for. The staff consistently went above and beyond, with genuine warmth and attention to detail that stood out throughout our stay. A very special mention goes to Hiroshi, who took care of us at the buffet. He was incredibly kind, accommodating, and attentive—always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and making us feel truly welcome. His friendly presence elevated every meal and left a lasting impression on all of us. The resort itself is gorgeous, with lush tropical landscaping, serene walkways, and access to a beautiful beach. Our rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed, perfect for unwinding after a full day. That said, the only downside of our stay was the view from our rooms. Unfortunately, we faced a construction site and an untidy area, which did take away from the overall resort atmosphere. Given the beauty of the beachfront and the rest of the property, it would have been wonderful to enjoy a beach or garden view instead—especially for such a special getaway. We truly enjoyed our time at Dusit Thani and would love to return, hopefully next time with a room that captures more of the stunning views the resort has to offer.
