Please note that this is a gated community, so you are a bit trapped in the hotel area (and the area outside the hotel is very underdeveloped, but still felt safe).

The front desk provided no wifi passwords, information about the resort, its restaurants or really anything. The food and drinks are overpriced. The snorkelling wasn’t very good at all, only grasses and a few fish and start fish. When checking out they said my taxi was called. 20 minutes later I found out they hadn’t called my taxi to the airport. Everyone just stands around and hides around the resort. It was the laziest employees and the poorest value out of any hotel I’ve ever witnessed anywhere.
