It’s a beautiful old factory converted to a hotel. The room was clean, the mattress was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the first night of our stay the air conditioning stopped working and it was 76 degrees and stuffy in our room when we woke up. They got someone on it right away and when we came back to the hotel later that day it was working fine.

Refurbished historical industrial buildings. Very unique and very well done. Good size rooms. Pleasant and helpful staff. Restaurant was closed the day I was there so I cannot comment on it but it looked good. The only thing that could use a little improvement is the morning coffee bar. Perhaps a wider selection would have been nice, I.e. decaf/regular/whole milk as well as half and half. I would definitely stay there again next time I'm in Lancaster.

Lighting in bathroom isn’t bright enough especially for older people. Unfortunately, we couldn’t try the restaurant because the hours weren’t for us. If we come back to Lancaster we will stay at the Cork Factory Hotel again.

This is a historic site in the middle of Lancaster. It is beautiful and the decor and pictures are such a cool vibe that tells the history.

Nice accommodations

We stayed for two nights. The accommodations were first rate, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Most places where we stay offer a free breakfast buffet, but this one did not but had free coffee. They didn't advertise that, so it was my fault for not checking before I made reservations.

It's different from the all the hotel that we stayed in it will more nice if the hotel will paint white wall and the history should be bigger and attach to the wall the bathroom is excellent I'm talking the wall in the bedroom should he white the story of the history should very big and attach in the wall not in the table

The hotel lobby was cozy. Aromas from the adjacent restaurant were inviting. Room was large and the bed comfortable. Having paid in advance, check out was as simple as dropping off key cards. I’d stay there again.

Property is clean and parking is great. Was able to park right outside my room window. Check in staff was a bit preoccupied and somewhat melancholy from a service standpoint. Also forgot to properly authorize my room keys so I ended up having to make a trip back to the front desk. No big deal but still impacts the overall gist of the service factor. Night shift desk service was much more engaged and helpful. Overall a pretty nice stay. Was meeting some friends at a local restaurant but next time I’ll definitely check out the in hotel restaurant, which got rave reviews from my local friends.
