Room was ok. Obviously a very old hotel, but they seem to be upgrading a little. Staff at check in was nice. Checking out staff was rude. I left a day early and he basically told me I’d be charged anyways.

We book this hotel because it said that they have a hot tub we was looking for this amenities especially for the cool weather when we arrive and ask for it they said that they do not had it but was posted in their page

10 nights we stayed only 1 time they did full service on the room and because I complain 3 times. Dishwasher was broken, the kitchen had 1 pot 1 pan, dishes all uneven. I had to go to the front desk every time to ask for toilet paper and towels otherwise we wouldn’t have what we needed. The room had a pee smell in the bedroom that wouldn’t go away and finalize the experience with a tick in the bed. Breakfast look good, sadly 1 hr before it was suppose to end there wasn’t much left and according to the lady running it, she wasn’t allow to do more food since the “quote of the day” was gone. We only had few options of bagels and oatmeal.

Delay check in, none clean or make the beds the next day, poor breakfast due to delayed delivery of the food… hotel is under staff. Very disappointed. The staff should be overwhelmed.

Rooms were patched up all over. Closet door fell off nearly cut my finger. Paint and walls were mismatched paint and it was not Hilton level. Amazing area which surprised us. We wanted a place close to stay after the parks close to the airport in Sanford for an early flight. Luckily we were too sleepy and tired to notice the details with much care.

Staff was great. Ice maker in room didn't work and floor ice machine didn't work either. Had to go to the kitchen the next morning. Showerhead didn't work well.

Most categories apply to the lack of trash pickup; outside containers were overflowing with trash all around on the ground. Indoor containers near elevators were overflowing the 2 days we we were there. When we checked in to our room about 4 pm, someone had set the thermostat to 60; as we were expecting cold weather that night I set the system to heat @ 74 while we were out for dinner. When we returned about 9 pm the room was still less than 70 so I reported it the front desk, no action was taken. We retired about 11 pm and the room was still not warm so we found a blanket in the closet and added it to the bed. The following morning, the room was only 70 so I again reported it to the front desk - "We don't have anyone on duty to check into it". There are no instructions on how to use the cooktop in the kitchenette, never did get it to come on.
