I'm giving this five-star review because of the amazing front desk lady—I don’t know her name, but she’s the older woman with white hair. She was wonderful. Her kindness, energy, and hospitality truly stood out. You can tell she loves working with people and puts a lot of heart into her job. Honestly, she’s probably the reason this place stays booked.
As for the room itself, there were a few issues—some flooring was coming up, and the fan in the front room didn’t work well. In hot weather, strong air conditioning and good fans are a must. The hotel could use a few updates.
However, the front desk lady made all the difference. She’s the reason you’re getting five stars. Thanks!
