The property is in a great location and they do give a free breakfast. But when we arrived our TV wasn't working we had to call several times to get somebody to come in and fix the tv. Then we soon found out the floor was absolutely filthy. Our feet were literally black just walking around the floor for just a few minutes. When we stepped into the shower it was like we literally had mud on our feet! We had to keep shoes on while we were in the room. And to top it off our air conditioner never worked right it was warm inside the room and after we took showers it got even worse! We asked if we could change rooms on the second day of our 4-day trip and they told us that they would send a maintenance guy because it might just be a quick fix. Well nobody ever ended up coming to our room to fix it and we got tired of calling and nobody coming. Also, we were there for a four-day trip and the only towels that were in our room were two bath towels. No washcloths no hand towels at all. We actually ended up leaving a day early

This is an older property but the rooms comfortable and well maintained. Air conditioning is a big plus when its 110 degrees out. Lobby and Bar area was nice and clean and all staff excellent. Parking lot area could use maintenance but okay. The complimentary breakfast was okay but the eggs and sausage was like nothing I would write home about. Cereals, waffles, breads, and yogurts filled the void. I would cone back for business, but may opt for other locations to vacation with whe. It comes to family.

Amazing experiences. One of the best Quality Inn we have been. Breakfast is well balance, it includes eggs, waffles, ham, fruits, etc. We will definitely be back.

Has lots of parking for big trailers or rvs. Had enough space to park our boat without issues. The suites have alot of room. Great for family with kids.

We always love staying here at the quality inn every time we come to lake Havasu. The bed is so comfortable and the pillows are soft. We had a great night's sleep. The breakfast is amazing and worth it!

We checked in and as soon as we made entry into the room it smelled horrible. The floor was filthy with hair and crumbs of god knows what. The pillow cases were filthy and smelled like sweat. My wife attempted to clean what she could with wet wipes but after the pillowcases I just took my family off 6 across the street and booked a different hotel for the weekend. I will NEVER stay at any Quality Inn again.

I love the safetyness. You need a key to get inside. They have elevator. There little kitchen is awesome, they plates, pans, utensils, refrigerator and microwave. The beds are so comfortable as well as the pillows. I recommend it. I got the 2bed big suite and 1 bathroom enough space for 4 to 6 people thats with 2kids. The tv rotation. The kitchen has a small table with 2 chairs. That's great for people with kids. My mom who is 66 and son of 19 both agree to 5 star room.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

One of the worst hotels in Lake Havasu. Staff is beyond rude, extra fees for any simple request, dirty hotel rooms ( hair in the shower & dirty sheets/ couches), TV doesn’t work, and no towels provided! Do not waste your time or money!

Blood stained sheets, visible water damage and mold in the bathroom, and box spring that squeaked. This motel has been rode hard and put up wet. Desperately needs a remodel.

The hotel is a terrible mess!!! The hotel is not updated and shows signs of dilapidated! My room was not cleaned for three(3) days, after repeated complaints!! We had to beg for towels and there were no beach towels available!! After checking in, the front desk telephoned me to say that my keys were that my keys for access to my room were deactivated because they didn’t see my reservation!! The front desk was useless and blamed each other for everything!! This is the worst hotel ever, what a nightmare!!!

Our suite room was huge. It was just a little disappointing at first because there was no trash cans at all, new bath towels on our first day when we checked in to our room like we had to keep on calling the front desk for it.
