I would give this property a 5 star on all except the quality of the room was lacking. Shawna was able to get me in for an early checkin. She was great giving me dinner suggestions. The other desk clerk was very nice also. We had a problem with the wifi and she put us in another room very quickly. I think that the property is goiging through a upgrade. I will book with them again hopefully I will be able to give them 4 stars across the board

I was issued 2 dirty roomsnin a row. beds weren't made garbage on tables and floor, full garbage cans and after being there for 10 minutes I felt unsafe asked forna refund and went to another hotel, was then told it was a no refund and I had to contact Expedia. Still trying to get my money refunded!
