Staff was great! Some of our linens were dirty and worn out. Advised the staff and they were very attentive. Not luxury but okay for a one night stay.

Never saw one washcloth. For what they charge they could buy some new towels and wash cloths. Towels were threadbare. Shower curtain smelled terrible. Just not clean. We borrowed a mop to remop the floor ourselves. The girl who worked days at the front desk was very rude and arrogant as if she owned the place. The evening girl was pleasant, but did book our last night incorrectly so we had to change hotels. Go to the Clairion down the street, for a bit more it is the better choice.
