The TV and coffee maker in the room didn’t work. We were told when we reported that the TV didn’t work that they would make it right when we checked out but at checkout they just said they had been having a lot of issues with the TV’s but did nothing to make it right like they had previously said. If we had not been promised that it would be made right and then nothing, I would have given a better review.

Our stay with Holiday Inn Express in Lake Havasu was wonderful! The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the rooms and overall the property were very clean. In addition, the hotel is within walkable distance from shops, restaurants, and the ferry which was very convenient. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I’ll definitely be back myself!

Nice, clean, modern hotel in the perfect location in Havasu. Walk to London Bridge, English Village, shops, and restaurants. We docked our boat at Havasu Marina which is only a 5 minute drive. Lots of parking onsite. Highly recommended!
