I was assigned 117 I had to return to the office cuz the key card did not work considering I just left the office it was locked the staff was nowhere to be seen I returned back to my vehicle when I seen the staff coming from upstairs I went back to the office and for them the door was not working she had me try two more times before signing me to want 18 at which point I entered the room and there was cockroaches on the floor and the room was hot no air conditioner whatsoever that is unacceptable however besides that it was a nice room this hotel needs to definitely step up

The rooms definitely could have been cleaner. The doors and floors seemed as if they hadn't been wiped/mopped and we saw several roaches. The staff was great during check in. They are animal friendly and we were traveling with three cats. Loved the no pet deposit.

The room was dirty and super noisy. It’s located on a very busy road and the door isn’t sound proof. There’s no AC or fan, only the heater. People were super loud all night in the parking lot. Find another place to stay- not here.

The sheets were dirty and the door wouldnt close all the way without being locked. There was little sound proofing to alleviate the train and highway noises. Definitely bring ear plugs and your own bedding

Bed was comfortable. Had good hot water and pressure. Smokey rooms and halls killed my sinus. Laundry facilities was one washer and one dryer in the main hall way. We were thankful but wasn’t a laundry room, as we expected.

This place is infested with roaches and several other bugs I had asked for my money back. Should I still have not got yet and I had to move to another hotel room this place should be completely condemned. It’s pretty sad that it can’t be taken care of properly by human beings.
