The motel’s location near Lake Havasu is convenient, but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The room had visible dust, the bathroom wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, and the linens felt questionable. While the staff was friendly and the price was reasonable, the lack of proper upkeep made the stay less comfortable. If cleanliness is a priority, you might want to look elsewhere.

Lake havasu exploring

Our room was spacious with a sitting area which we liked. The bed and bath were very clean. The bed and pillows weren’t top of the line but fine for 1 night. We liked the kitchenette to prepare a simple dinner. It had an induction hob, pots, and dishes, microwave and small fridge. The carpet could use a shampoo, and some fingerprint smudges on door and cabinet surfaces but otherwise clean. The breakfast was hard boiled eggs, yoplait yogurt, English muffins, bagels, pancakes, cold cereal, or instant oatmeal plus coffee, juice & milk. We would stay here again. It was very close (within a few minutes driving) to the London bridge.

Great location and spacious room!

We stayed at this hotel last year for a London Bridge event and it was a no-brainer booking it for that same event this year. The staff was friendly and checking in was super quick. Our room was spacious and having the kitchenette is fantastic! The continental breakfast is pretty basic, but with a pancake maker machine. We enjoyed the simple breakfast every day.The location is perfect and in a great area. We will be booking this location when we return for future visits to Lake Havasu :)
