Suite was clean and comfortable. Walls very thin, could easily hear conversation in adjoining room. Breakfast was a disappointment, no eggs and bacon or sausage, only cold hard boiled eggs and waffle maker plus cereals.

The room was not as advertised. We were to have a one bedroom with a pull out couch in the living room. Instead we got a one room with the bed and couch side by side. No soap in the bathroom and a TV that did not work. The front desk said they could not move us as they were full, despite the sign indicating there was vacancy. The staff was nice and tried 3 times to get the TV to work.

First time using this hotel. Very slow check in & we were the only ones checking in. Requested a room (twice online & in person) for accessibility & thankfully checked the room first before unloading all of our baggage. Room was not, so I had to have a new room reissued. Sweet gal, just took too long & she was not a newbie (she said). Check out time: keycard was not programmed to check out time (noon) but 2 hours earlier, so we couldn’t get into our room after leaving the property & coming back to get our bags. Went to the front desk to have someone remake a keycard & got lots of questions about it. Needed an ID but it was in the room. We are not sketchy looking people & just wanted to checkout. So another process as she escorted us to our room so we could get an ID, yet felt like a criminal in doing this. Hubby tried to make light of it but the gal (different one) was not too hospitable. Spacious room & kitchenettes are nice. Mattresses 70% on comfort & beds are low to the ground (seem lower than normal). We didn’t mind this but some people may need higher especially handicapped (as my hubby is). Clean crisp linens & towels. Food didn’t eat because we pack our own. 7/10 is my rating :)
