I was booked for 9 nights but needed to check-out 1 night early. I was not refunded the night that I did not stay.
Also, the property was very dirty, many of the trees and plants that used to be there were dead and had been cut down to stumps. The irrigation system watered the parking lot, not the plants. I was there for 8 nights and housekeeping never came into my room to empty the garbage, make the bed, clean the room, or replace linens. The hallways had piles of trash set outside of several doors and the carpeting in the hallways had numerous stains and looked as if it hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned in a long time.
The entrance door was damaged and scraped on the metal door threshold every time I opened the door, making it difficult to open the door when my hands were full with my work equipment.
The only thing that was nice was that the air conditioner worked and kept the temperature in the room comfortable.
I have stayed at numerous Motel 6 hotels and have always had a good experience for the price. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and I would not recommend it.
