The desk staff had one nice lady that worked hard, the others didn’t acknowledge anyone walking in or out. The room was not clean. Hair on the sink, blinds broken, toilet chain broken. My husband borrowed a paperclip from the front desk to clip the toilet chain together to flush. Sheets had stains. No attention to cleanliness or detail. Coffee was usually empty in the am. Location to lake was the only plus. Very obvious no management or pride in ownership.

From the original check in purchased room 3 months in advance. Didn’t receive first floor. Changed rooms 5 times. NO HOT WATER had to shower at gym. Everything was broken from the pool to the hot tub to the fridge and microwave. Also elevator broke with people trapped inside. Couldn’t get back to room had to sleep in van. The whole hotel should be condemned as it’s not even livable

The rooms were dirty; we were only given two small towels in the bathroom, and we got no room cleaning or freshening over the three days we were there. There were people smoking weed at the back door, in a State where weed is illegal.

The room was awful dirty dresser broken so much was wrong and to think they charge what they charge for the room. I thought when I walked through the hallway OMG what did we book the pictures look nice. Advertised Pictures not like our room. Smelled like a gym , musty. Cheap and tacky decor. No extras. Jacuzzi heater broken. Front reception with no customer service etiquette. Broken and ripped desk chair was left on patio outside. No lighting at all over desk in room. A nightstand lamp in room with sticker label not fully removed. Hair dryer hanging on towel rack with terribly hacked patched wall above (probably where hairdryer used to hang). Toilet paper holder broken. No maintenance or quality control. Never again!!!

This hotel should be an embarrassment to Motel 6 Corporate. Unless they just don't care, this property should never have been granted a franchise. The room we had (234) should not have been in service. Besides the room being substandard, the infrastructure was lacking and the hot water was rarely hot. The good? The staff was the only good thing about this place. BTW, when driving in you are greeted with two large/tall dead palm trees.

This place is totally run down! They should shut down for a while and do some maintenance! It smelled like feet throughout the whole hotel. There was some sort of white smear on the floor and the nightstand. The TV was the size of a laptop. There were tweakers in the parking lot and a bunch of old trailers. I could go on and on but I won't. Pictures say a thousand words and I have plenty!
