Disappointing and terrible experience

Several curtain panels were missing and the walls were peeling in the bathroom. The shower towels that were given still looked dirty and stained and they didn't even have enough shower towels for our family of four (in the whole hotel). The in- room coffee maker was filthy and missing a piece, and when we asked for a replacement or the piece to fix it, they said they didn't have anything. The luggage cart also had flat tires. The cops had also been called for something and were walking the halls... I knew that I didn't book a 5-star hotel, but we were only looking for basic things and didn't have horribly high expectations. The only enjoyable part of the stay was the pool. The water was clear and the bottom of the pool was very clean for an outdoor pool. Lesson learned, definitely not family friendly.

Was denied check in for hours finally later around midnight a lady finally realized her new agent failed to notice my room was paid for in advance using rewards and did not do something proper. I did not like how my partner was treated and told go take it up with Expedia when it had nothing to do with Expedia it was the fact an agent was not properly trained or did not fully remember her job. Room was neat but tub was dirty . Balcony was ok it was good enough for the 6 of sleep we got

Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Everything in the room worked fine. Coffee in the lobby was good. Only complaints would be ice machine was down the entirety of my stay. The pool was dirty and surrounded by garbage. No close dining options though there was a beautiful park within walking distance near the lake.

It’s so dirty. Shady people inside and outside. I was scared. They gave me a room without the things it said it would have, so I couldn’t even use the kitchen area. The towels are so thin & tough on skin. No napkin trash bags silverware ice!

The staff went out of their way to make this a good stay. I don’t usually have special requests, but I did this time. I needed to do laundry and requested a room on the same floor, which was accommodated. Then I also needed more pillows. The front desk and Housekeeping was most accommodating.

This is the dirtiest property I’ve ever seen in my entire life. The hallways are filled with laundry, trash, dogs, barking in almost every room, smell of urine, very shady people, this place should be shut down, it has to be a migrant camp or a safe area for homeless to do drugs in, check in for three people took over an hour went to the room witnessed all the above my key did not work thank God, I can only imagine what the room look like, pictures do not match property, we walked downstairs, asked for a refund and the host told us to deal with Expedia, waiting for a response from Expedia. Do not stay here.
