Hosts were very nice and accommodating! The room wasn’t bad for the price, but lots of repairs are needed. Holes in the shower, mold under sink, painted tub, burn marks on sink, “poop” written on the mirror showed when showing, shower head leaking and sprayed out into the bathroom. Said it would have a microwave-no microwave, but we didn’t end up needing anyways. Bed was ok and window heater worked good. Was nice to be able to see our PWC from our window. Was quiet. Great location for where we needed to be. The couple that worked there were very helpful!

Run down hotel
Hotel is old and in generally poor shape...check in was easy however and the gentleman was freindly. We had 2 rooms and both were not up to most travelers standards for cleanliness. Carpets in poor repair and needed cleaning (socks were dirty after walking around room), hair left in shower, sheets were stained as well as bedspreads. Beds were comfortable enough if you can get past plastic sheeting over mattress. A/C units were working well and easy to control individual room temps. TV small but lots of channels to chose from. We opted out of breakfast because area was small and a quick peek during check-in didnt look well cleaned. Area is close to London Bridge and a couple restaurants are easily walkable. The room served its purpose for a 1 night stay to visit the Havasu area but would not stay again. BTW...side door has no automatic lock and stays open for anyone to enter day and night.
